This place is just hole in the wall. Went here to pay my pg&e bill and well there where where rude and took no time to explain properly. I now rather pay my bill over the phone then even go to this place. It also seem people go to this Crappy mart because they have too not because they want too. Also no ac or restroom and they make you wait in a small room no bigger then 3 jail cell rooms. Will not go here again.
