At 2 pm today I was refused service for asking too many questions. They refused to provide service because they were irritated about us asking questions. She was African American and skinny. She literally told us "BYE, have a good day." The she moved to the next window. Such a rude and unprofessional behavior. She refused to provide me her name and her colleagues name.
