They mailed a bad check to my creditor that couldn't be processed by the bank. This caused huge problems with my on time payments with my creditor. MMI denied they did anything wrong even though my bank was processing checks fine for months earlier until MMI made a mistake last month. They were not helpful when I called to correct the problem telling me it would take then 7 to 10 business to reissue the check after waiting 30 days for them to even consider resending a new check to my creditor.
