We currently live here and moved here despite the negative reviews. We got a new property manager in April 2025 and Steve is the bees knees! He’s gotten a ton of stuff fixed and is constantly working to fix things or make them better. Very kind and helpful when our car was stolen. Our apartment is super clean and sprayed quarterly for preventive measure. We haven’t had a single problem that wasn’t addressed promptly!
