There are 4 apt. building, 3 are Monett Meadows. 1 is Essex Place , higher rent. All buildings have problems with plumbing. First floor has the biggest problem due to being a 2 story building. OPEN sewer line by or under waterheater. I have been flooded 4 times in just under 4 years. I know of many times there have been bed bugs problems. Not accredited with the BBB .
Roaches, half of the electrical sockets don't work, and paper thin walls
The apartments are very nice, and the landlord has been very helpful and considerate for my situation. The maintenance is also quick and kind
I have been here four months I have nothing but praise for Ashley our manager she has gone out of her way to make me feel welcomed
