Why is the management showing up without a 24 hour notice THAT IS AGAINST THE LEASE!!!!!
Second floor apartments plumbing is connected to the first floor apartments. This can lead to flooding of the first floor apartments. Utility room has a drain , some under the waterheater and some across from the waterheater. Probably not healthy place to live.

There are 4 apt. building, 3 are Monett Meadows. 1 is Essex Place , higher rent. All buildings have problems with plumbing. First floor has the biggest problem due to being a 2 story building. OPEN sewer line by or under waterheater. I have been flooded 4 times in just under 4 years. I know of many times there have been bed bugs problems. Not accredited with the BBB .
Roaches, half of the electrical sockets don't work, and paper thin walls
