His professional manner and attention to details was refreshing and left me feeling confident that I called the right place in Monett MO to send a fitting tribute to represent our love for the family of the deceased.

Just phoned in for flowers for a funeral, and I am completely impressed by the professionalism of the gentleman I spoke with today. He was very helpful on explaining exactly what he was going to put together for me, also reassuring that he would have the flowers there in a timely manner.
