Poor to no customer communication... Had broken tractor in field under warranty... Once in the shop,,they called and said was simple fix leaving me to believe was covered under warranty.. Got tractor home and then a phone call about a bill...then received invoice in the mail saying was not covered under warranty...they should have told me this before any repairs and gotten authorization to fix
Instead of calling your customers a lier and cursing them, how about doing your job. Owners of this company need to reevaluate their employees. I wouldn't recommend this business to anyone.
