I worked with Julie since 2016 and never had any issue. She always was offering judicious advices as far as the few LLC we gave her to work on. she was also able to help me when I was not familiar with all the documents needed. Yes, as most CPAs, she is not always available right when we want but she always reply within days (2 to 3 days maximum).
