Unfortunately I did not have a positive experience getting my hair cut and colored at this salon. I requested a color retouch but the colorist insisted on doing an all over color. I asked for a hair trim and she chopped a bunch of my hair off to achieve layers I already had. I asked for a shine treatment/glaze but she didn't give it to me, said the color would add shine. My hair ended up looking 1 dimensional in color, much darker than it was before, and very, very dull with no shine. She had a friend arrive during the appoi... read more
