I was very pleased with the service itself they are all very nice and my hair still look very very good. The only reason I don't give 5 stars is customer service. I called so many times trying to get a hold of someone and discuss a monthly hair care ect... I also called to see if I could get the extention they used the last time, no luck. If everyone is good and healthy, then not taking the calls are not the best way to handle things and retain customers.
