Called for hair appointment With Rachel Odell, she said 12:30 I got there afew min early she just was shampooing someone else I said I have an appointment at 12:30, she said I know. , gave me no apology etc. I have been going there for a yr or more. I Talked to the owner, which was very nice Rachel called not very nice and said you should make appointment earlier, she was the one that made the appt for me! Very rude. She has lost me as a customer, and i know of two others that will not return. Sandy R
