Monell is the epitome of a mechanic with great integrity and character. My mom was dealing with an issue with her car and had it seen by multiple auto shops over the last year. Even though Monell thought it was fixed, the car wouldn't start shortly after she got it back. He towed the car, dropped my mom off at home, and told her that he would call her once he found the real problem and it was fixed.
