New to this office, haven't even made it in yet and so far the "front desk" has been a total nightmare! They canceled my first appt I waited over a month for because the doctor was not in office. When I called to reschedule they left me on hold for OVER a half hour! And I never got my appt. They tried to give me an appt time I stated I couldn't do put me on hold for forever again, then said they couldn't get hold of the nurse lol and would call me back, never did ugh! Doctor is fabulous knowledgeable assistant is good polite but that office is a wrecking ball. They don’t know how to answer phones and there’s one little girl at the front that she’s too afraid to do any work. She’s very lazy and cannot have the brains to multitask or I had imagine she would That’s why I say lazy not to mention rude and it hasn’t been to me. Dr. Eddin has taking care of me for 5 years now, I appreciate how you took the time to explain my condition and treatment plan in a clear and easy-to-understand manner. I had a wonderful experience, and I felt very comfortable and cared for throughout my visit. He is always Going Above and Beyond! Thank you for going above and beyond to make sure my needs were met.
Dr Monner Eddin is such a great amazing cardioligist. He is very patient and really caring . I have a blast when I go to my appointment. He loves Jack Erwin shoes and one of these days I will get him a pair of those shoes. He takes time to explain to you what's going on and just make sure you get first class service. His assistant Jennifer is amazing too The whole staff is extremely very proffessional and really caring
