The restaurant and design is absolutely brilliant and beautiful , however the service is very poor . The staff are not experienced and lack customer service skills . Why would you put unprofessional in experienced staff in such a beautiful setting . You need top staff with talent and skills in order for this place to survive . I hope things improve . Get managers in to work on team talks and teaching the staff how to wait on tables efficiently and observation .
