Unfortunately giving Miguel a 1 star is to good for him. He will tell you what you want to hear and do the complete opposite. He will take your money and run, fight against his clients and tell you “you’re an embarrassment” if you want someone to lose your case go with Miguel, he’s great at it! Oh also, he will tell you he prides himself on communicating with his clients but will leave you in the dark for over 20 days with zero communication from anyone in his office.
I was charged with grand theft auto after I purchased a car from someone who stole it. Mr. Mondragon was very diligent with the evidence I had to support my innocence. He advocated for me and persuaded the DA to dismiss all the charges. This was a very stressful situation and Miguel was very caring and professional. Can't thank him enough.
If you want someone to waste your time, not return emails or phone calls for weeks, be bluntly sarcastic to you and treat you like youre wasting his time and money (in the middle of a FREE consultation), miguel is your guy.
