Great work, communication and fair price! We hired Mondor Construction to frame our basement and do the electrical. It’s an older home with lots of quirks and they did a fantastic job. They also put in a new fan in our basement bathroom. Gavin and his team were amazing and super accommodating with my ever changing ideas and add-ons. Gavin and team were absolutely amazing. The new ceiling fan, flooring and baseboards that they installed look incredible! On top of their fair and reasonable pricing, they communicated well, stuck to timelines and didn't leave before ensuring we were satisfied with their work. I will absolutely use them again for all of our home Reno's.

We worked with Gavin and his crew to finish our basement. Gavin was very knowledgeable about all the building codes and had great suggestions on how to make the most out of our space.
