Mondo living made the plans of my house 15 years ago, back then all we had were paper plans. Several weeks ago I reach out to them to ask for the digital version of 1 page of the plans (which they would have in their records) because I am making a minor change in my house. They replied with a requested payment of $500 for 1 page! I asked Mondo Living to reconsider as I thought it was outrageous to request such payment from an old customer who already paid for the service but they never replied.
