I am deeply disappointed with the service provided by Mondiaux Solar. Over a year ago, they installed solar panels on my property in Bonner, and ever since, my roof has been leaking. Despite repeated attempts to have the issue resolved, the situation has only worsened, resulting in significant structural damage to my roof. I recently had a Mondiaux solar panel and battery system installed. I found the Mondiaux team very knowledgeable and the company offered a good selection of panels, inverters and batteries. They were competitively priced as well. The installation and set up is a multi step process and required a bit of tweaking. All the team I dealt with along the way were responsive, helpful and keen to ensure everything was set up correctly and I was comfortable in using the new set up to best effect. In our search for a solar solution, I contacted five different companies for quotes and solutions. While the other four came back with simple proposals, Mondiaux went far above and beyond with a detailed proposal, a site visit, a financial plan to help understand the projected budget, and a full technical layout of the installation. Just built my new architecturally designed double-storey house, and chose Brian and the team at Mondiaux for the solar supply and installation. Super impressed with how everything turned out! We needed hidden cabling since our garage (where the inverter goes) is on the opposite side of the house from the meter box, and our house has a tricky steel beam design. Had my solar system for a few years now and I'm pretty happy with the results. These guys were able to work within the sustainable housing loan amount and deliver a reasonably sized system with a battery. Apparently there was an issue with one of the devices which they could see (I couldn't), Mondiaux came out and fixed it so they definitely support their work. They took quite a few steps to make sure that the system wasn't an eye-sore like others that I've seen. Very happy with the install.
