Our Solar Panels and Battery were installed by Mondiaux Solar. We selected Mondiaux Solar because of its reliability, knowedgeable staff and excellent services. My husband and I experienced with Modiaux Solar representatives Archie Zhang (Solar Panels), Ramesh Belbase Belbase (Solar Battery) and Brian Zhang (Solar Panels) installed in our properties in Gowrie and Curtin are knowledgeable, reliable and provided us their assistance as much as they could. It has been 3 months since I moved in and the inverter has not been installed yet. The solar panels are on the roof doing nothing when they could be generating power. I signed a contract for a european made Fronius inverter but they rang me up to offer a chinese made SunGrow. When I said no, they stopped returning my calls and emails. They were really good to deal with in the early stages, but something has changed. Don't do business with them.
No complaints about the product but it took them more than 3 months to get it installed. The installation was scheduled for July 10 but was cancelled last minute. There was no proper communication after that even though I called and emailed multiple times. Also, the site was left dirty by panel installers.
The team at Mondiaux did a fantastic job designing and installing our new solar system. They provided excellent advice, used the best technology available and organised top quality installers for us. Despite supply chain issues (which were outside of their control), they kept us updated and followed through to ensure we achieved an excellent result. If you’re looking for a top quality solar system and great after sales service, you should speak with the Mondiaux team.
Great experience in dealing with Mondiaux. Nathan was very friendly and efficient in his quick response to our solar requirements and quote, presenting several options and prices. Nathan provided a site visit and drone inspection of our roof to better assess panel location. The install team did a great job and were very experienced and careful of our new roof restoration.
