Horrible customer service and deceptive practices by Mondial Motor USA. I was sold and charged for a newer model vehicle, but after delivery and checking the VIN and title, I discovered it was actually a 2024 model. This was never disclosed, and I paid top price as if it were a newer year. Very misleading experience—be extremely careful and verify the VIN and title before accepting delivery.
