I recently purchased a beautiful pair of earrings from Mondial by Nadia, and I can't rate Nadia and the team highly enough. The quality is exceptional and all of the pieces are so unique, you can really tell how much effort and care is put into not just the jewellery but the customer experience overall. I couldn't recommend them enough and will definitely be a return customer in the future.
I really love being a client of Mondial. My first visit was in 2007 and I’ve been a regular visitor since. Whenever I make contact, I’m greeted very warmly and nothing is too much trouble. I’m not a wealthy woman by any measure, but have my lovely little wardrobe of beautiful high quality jewellery from Mondial that I treasure and wear with enormous pride. I cannot recommend this business highly enough. It is always a pleasure to walk into the beautiful shop and be greeted like an old family friend.
If you’re looking for a special ring or piece of jewellery I can highly recommend Mondial. We recently purchased a diamond engagement ring and the service from Sonja and Nadia from start to finish has been amazing. They were very patient and professional in handling our numerous design changes, resulting in an absolutely stunning, one of a kind diamond ring.
I have been looking for a pair of Ruby/ diamond earrings for my wife for a while. I was passing Mondial and saw a pair in the window. I went in and Sonja showed me those and another pair that in fact matched my wife's ruby ring perfectly. They were beautiful. However we later noticed a small flaw in one of the settings that affected the sparkle on one stone. The service and attention I received when I went back was exemplary.
