Mr. Ngao is no nonsense perfection Mr. Ngao of Mondial is a breathe of fresh air. He runs a no nonsense shop where I know if I bring in any garment and tell him what I want, it will be done to perfection. There is no muss, no fuss, just pure professionalism. His prices are more than fair. I don't know I've bothered to go elsewhere in the past. There's no need.
