Nice staff members checked in at 12 PM. Got loaded and got my paper at 12:50 PM. The only problem is the space for the dock it’s tight so you have to be very careful other than that no other issue.
The reviews are right on this one very slow unloading and it's tight turning around but it can be done been here over 2 hours so far still waiting for them to finish
Tight dock came early and they were unable to unload the trailer. They don't offer over night parking due to clock had to come back late. Most paper companies are first come first serve but not this place. Almost 2 hours & they haven't touch the trailer such a waste

Arrived at 6 am for 6:30am appointment. The door to office was closed but there were a few workers driving forklifts. I tried to get their attention but they just passed me like I'm invisible. I rang the bell a second time at 6:45 am, still no answer. A lady on a forklift told me to break seal and get on dock. At 7:30am no movements so again I went to office, still no answer.
