I have just gotten through the process of renting a unit in Myriade with rental agent Marisa. The process was really great, she is responsive and available for questions and answers promptly. She was kind and we were able to visit few units and gotten good suggestion and guidance on which unit to rent, which was not the most expensive, meaning she is really listening to your needs and lifestyle. The apartments and building were clean when I visited. Thank you Marisa for making it easy!
Je déconseille d'habiter dans un bâtiment Mondev. Nous avons reçu un appartement degueulasse comme une poubelle à celui de Ahuntsic Cartierville. On a préféré finalement une rupture à l'amiable car on avait peur pour notre santé. Ils ont accepté sous conditions qu'on quitte dans les 48h malgré qu'on avait payé tout un mois et ont refusé de nous rembourser.
