Based on my experience I do not suggest mondee for travel. I had my flight canceled by the airline due to the card info used by mondee being flagged as stolen credit card info. Im still fighting with mondee to get my money refunded. I had to purchase airline tickets 10 days out from my flight at a higher price and an airport further away. If something happens it will be a battle and possibly months before getting your funds back. Check out their complaints on the BBB in Texas where they are based out of.

Terrible company. Canceled reservation that their site glitched and scheduled for 2 days later than I requested. Couldn't get through to this company so canceled with hotel, still have yet to be able to get a hold of this Mondee company. Sent email of course zero response. Huge scam.

Mondee is the parent company of Exploretrip so this review is for you. Your travel agency is disgusting. I called Exploretrip to cancel a flight that the airline was offering full refund on, and an Exploretrip agent lied to me that the airline is only offering full refund for flights flying prior to March 2020, but since my flight is for April 2020, the flight is not eligible for full refund, he only offered me 60% refund.
