Talk about great service! Luc Latremouille is extremely great to deal with! He did not hesitate to look into my plumbing problem and this on multiple occasions! It was obvious that I was looking for help more than purchasing new stuff I felt he wanted to help to figure out how to fix my existing fixtures. I am extremely unhappy to say the least about the products that I purchased from this company. We built our house in 2023 which cost us over a million dollars. We chose this company for all of our plumbing fixtures because we thought that this company sold high end products. We ended paying additional fees to get the fixtures in black finishes just to notice that a year down the road all the black «paint» is peeling off and the products are extremely poorly made.
