Came to this showroom around 4:40pm. Went to the reception to ask if I could speak to someone to ask questions. They said that nobody was available because it's "4:45 and everyone is closing up for the day" meanwhile I saw about 6 associates at the back at their desks laughing and chatting with each other as customers walk bewildered across the showroom floor. We renovated two bathrooms last summer and purchased many different items from this store. They have a nice showroom and beautiful products. However, the associate who was helping us was not very helpful. She was not proactive at all and was always late with everything. For example, it took several days to provide us with the initial quote, even though we were told it would take about 24 hours. Considering a kitchen or bathroom reno? I highly recommend Mondeau/Boone for your supplies. They have solid range of products - from ultra high end to very good mid-range products that still do the job but at a great price.
