Long wait on pick up date (2+ hours) because 2 prior calls the day before and the actual day they couldn't figure out it wouldn't be ready on time....... needless to say but that was in just 1 window. Pretty disappointed despite we've made many purchases with them since I was a little girl. Thank God this isn't the only company out there to meet your window needs.
