Dr Varkey is great. My medication refill after raising a dose, needing prior authorization is ongoing for more than a month! I've been bounced between pharmacy and the dr's office, each blaming each other. I talked to both about a half of a dozen times, and relayed messages between them, because nobody responded to the pharmacist's messages. He called the office in person several times.
