Dr Poirier has the best bedside manners I've ever experienced from a specialist, he made me feel valued as opposed as belittled like other doctors had done before him. He's very knowledgeable and it shows he's a people person who loves what he does for work
The administrative assistant working for Dr. Lioupis who answers the phone specially April 24th 2026 is very rude and unhelpful, I hope they can find kinder, friendlier and more helpful staff.
