Dr. Rumbolt really is the best dentist I've ever been to - been a patient there for three years, I even moved an hour away and still make the drive whenever I need work done. She's incredibly patient, gentle, and efficient; she's a very pleasant person and always keeps you updated on what's happening while you're in the chair that really puts you at ease during the whole process.
Booked in for a cleaning months in advance, showed up to the appointment and they messed up and scheduled a recheck not a cleaning. Told them I didnt need a recheck and was told itll be another 5 months before I can have the cleaning done. The receptionists also seem to prefer making excuses instead of admitting they messed up.
I'm extremely disappointed in how patients are treated here..I'm actually speechless after the phonecall I just had..wow
Amazing service! Love Dr.Rumboldt* and her team! Would recommend to everyone, but especially those who may have a fear of dentist's as the team puts you at ease!
