I cannot say enough good things about North End Dental Center and Dr. Bidington! (I think that’s how it’s spelt) After years of dreadful experiences at Church St. Dental, I was blown away by how different and positive this experience was. From the moment I walked in, I felt calm and cared for. Dr. Bidington is incredibly gentle, takes her time, and thoroughly explains everything. Amazing I’m 16 and made me feel comfortable because I have a history of panic attacks when it comes to cavities they allowed my mom in the room and comforted me when I was scared 100/10
I called to book a appointment but they refused me due to the fact that I was no longer in the system even though I was a client at their old location She responded me rudely to call another clinic do to the fact that they don't take new patients lol but I was not after that phone call I definitely won't go or recommend!
