I’m from out of province with my engine light on and loss of power. I have a Hyundai. I stopped into the Moncton Kia dealership in hopes they could see me. Even tho they were extremely busy they took the time to put that computer thing on to see about any errors. Yes there was, they cleared the error code, quoted the part and did a temporary fix so I could get back home. Couldn’t have asked for better service. Moncton Kia sells uninspected, broken cars!!! I bought an EV9 that was delivered from another dealership, only to receive a car with a non-functional sun-roof, and undisclosed defects. During the orientation, the sunroof button made a motor noise and never worked - an obvious defect that they tried to address immediately. I was promised a full, formal inspection by the head technician within six days, but after being sold a car with glaring issues, that simple request was completely ignored.
