Today, while traveling from Dartmouth to Saint John, we experienced a heating issue with our vehicle. We stopped at Kia Moncton and met Mike, the Service Manager. He was extremely helpful, quickly diagnosed the problem, understood the urgency of our situation, and resolved the issue promptly. Thank you, Mike, for your outstanding support and for truly saving our day!
Communication difficile avec notre vendeur suite à notre passage pour l’achat de notre véhicule neuf, plusieurs demandes de modification de devis restés sans réponses (pour enlever des assurances inutiles) ce qui n’a certainement pas plu au vendeur car il devait rogner sur sa marge et ses commissions. Nous avons contacté KIA SAINT JOHN et notre devis à été fait le jour même et nous avons signé l’achat de notre voiture 48H après.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5 Stars I had an excellent experience with Leon at Kia Moncton, New Brunswick. He is truly honest, patient, and very pleasant to deal with. Even though I did not end up buying a car from Kia, Leon was always professional, helpful, and welcoming every time I visited. His attitude and customer service are outstanding. Highly recommended!
I had a yellow engine light on my dashboard. They did a diagnostic on it which came up to over $164.39. They found the problem to be a motor assembly - VCM... whatever that is. They ordered the part from Ontario and gave me an estimate of under $400 all told. I was scheduled for a 1:30 appointment on the following Monday. After getting home, I get a call from them about 45 minutes later telling me that my car was ready. The total amount came to 968.49. They charged me 2 hours for a 30 minute job.
