Big HIT for MIKE at Moncton Kia!! I recently started having a minor issue with my car, after another mechanic could not find the issue. I decided to stop in at Moncton Kia, hoping I could get a quick look from someone, or perhaps it may have been a common issue they know of. If I could leave zero stars, I would. I am not a customer. I came with my friend. The employee treated us badly. Disrespectful. Bad service. The way they spoke to us as if we were not human. The way they spoke to us as if they were talking to an animal and not a human. Knowing that I am not a customer and I will not enter their failed company again. Their service department is a joke. I went there for a oil change while traveling the east coast. They tried upselling me on useless services including my battery which was/is still fine. They did the oil change and off I went. 2 months later I go to do my own oil change expecting to find a KIA oil filter on from the last service at Moncton KIA. I had my appointment scheduled for 2:45 PM, as shown in the attached confirmation. When I checked in, the service attendant told me I was 30 minutes late. However, I only arrived at 2:50 PM (5 minutes late). He seemed frustrated and mentioned that his system shows my appointment as 4:30 PM, and as a result, my vehicle would now be serviced later. If I could rate 0 stars I would. The lack of professionalism and accountability at Moncton Kia is unacceptable. It started out by receiving a letter in the mail for a recall on the rear view camera for my Kia Sorento. I called and booked an appointment and had to wait 2-3 weeks. On the phone I told the rep that I no longer had a Forte but now a Sorento. The change was clearly not noted or documented because I recieved a confirmation text for the Forte service and when I arrived they were confused that I didn’t have my Forte.... read more
