Worst appointment ever! Did not help me in any way, not even tried!! I had to book another appointment in st John and got my wisdom tooth fixed. They did TRY at least. The receptionist was just rude and did not let me talk to the doc again for a question I had.
Absolutely the best place in town! Super friendly extremely helpful definitely my new go to place for everything dental related.
Showed up for my appointment for a cleaning, was removed as a patient of 4 years because i could not afford my overdue xray as my insurance ran out. Was told by the receptionist “we are not here for your hygiene”. As a dentist office your job is to clean my teeth, i’m paying for a service from you.
I would of given a 5 star but the receptionist was so very rude. Ive heard great things about this place as I have alot of pain. She asked if it were an emergency and I said yes. I called my orignal dentist hes away at the moment. Someone told me about this place for emergencies. Just thought I would call and I must of been mistaken about them maybe they don't do emergencys if you already have a dentist but she was soo snotty her tone I dident very much like.
I had a great experience with Dr.Kennedy his very professional, kind and makes you feel very comfortable during your procedure. Dr. Mallet and Dr.Kennedy work very well together as they have similar personalities with great work ethics. Thanks to the receptionists for helping with my appointments as they were very professional.
