After being advised by another company to "go to Bunnings," when we asked about getting a kitchen drawer repaired, we tried this company, and they could not have been more helpful. Excellent customer service.
I am delighted with my new kitchen supplied by Moncrieff. The workmanship was perfect and even though some of my requests must have created a few issues, a sound solution was always found. I would not hesitate to recommend Moncrieff for any cabinet work required.
We ordered our kitchen benches from this business and we are very pleased with the results. Five stars.
Omg, I cannot beleive how rude they were to me today. Well just so everyone knows these people "don't need your business" (from their own mouth) they are "still catching up from the floods" (direct quote). My advice, skip this incredibly rude business that doesn't need your business and find people that will appreciate your business.
A great crew that were professional and courteous. A fantastic result for us and we would not hesitate in using them again. I would recommend them to others.
