We had an incredibly disappointing experience at Moncler in Miami, Bal Harbour. Despite placing a significant order, every single item had an issue. Our salesperson, Jesus Ariza, failed to send the package overnight as promised. Instead, he shipped it early to an address we explicitly stated we wouldn’t be at. He then forgot about it and lied about the situation. Now, two weeks later, we’re still waiting for items we need for our ski trip to Canada. everyone saying bad attention but I had the opposite, women followed me around the store the whole time explaining to me every collection (moncler customer for years here), felt uncomfortable & just wanted to leave.. wasn't sure if she was trying to help or just trying to rush me out cause I look young & told her i'm just browsing when I walked in...
Very poor customer service and bad attitudes…don’t believe me read some of the other reviews! Also When purchasing a shirt in store told the women I had no time to try on and if it didn’t fit I would unfortunately return, she told me I had 20 days to return (as I already assumed anyway from knowing the return policy from purchasing online before and as stated on website) yet she failed to mention that does not apply with in store purchases and they will only give u a store credit or exchange!
