1. Waited 40 minutes in the car to attend the "infection clinic." Called the clinic after 20 minutes to get an update, was told I was next then waiting another 20 minutes before the doctor called. I can accept doctor's are busy, and there are waiting times, but the practice should have a communication policy so their sick clients are given updates. Great clinic with lots of services
I’ve been going to this practice for almost 20 years & have always been happy with the Dr’s and the level of care I’ve received. A special mention to Dr. Aldona & Dr. Lowe - who both are extremely passionate and never dismiss my concerns and provide a high level of care. However I have to say now it is extremely difficult to get an appointment if it is urgent or needed within a week, I had a procedure yesterday and need to see a GP a week post op and the clinic was unable to assist me with a female GP until the 3rd of Octobe... read more
