I came across this brand 2 years ago. Postpartum with my first baby and thought give it a go I’ve tried everything else. Now postpartum with my second baby and all I can say is I wish I found it when it launched here. Huge difference to the quality, density and length in my hair. I’ll never go back to anything else. I wanted to love these products i really did. But I was left with dry lifeless horrible hair. The " detox" process they say. I gave it 3 months and the second I went back to my other brand my hair was instantly better. It did not resolve my scalp issues either as promised. My review was removed from Trust pilot even though I provided proof of purchase. Then monat reps are posting several 5 star reviews but my genuine ones are being removed . Its utterly dishonest which is a huge red flag for me!
Monat have continued to take money out of my account when I have repeatedly emailed them to cancel any and all forced subscription orders that I didn’t willingly sign up for and have repeatedly asked them to refund my money. Be careful of this company, very scammy!!
