This company is a rip off and sign you up to a subscription! Please be warned. Products are overpriced and my hair never changed! And if you are not told that you on a subscription, they send you more products and don't even warn you.

READ THIS BEFORE SIGNING IN TO THE FLEXSHIP: Apparently Monat decided to stop sending notifications about your upcoming flexship, so now they charge you and send you the product even if you don't need it, and you have to be the one checking it. Before they used to send an email notifying about it so you could choose to push it back another month or a week if you please. They also didn't send an email to notify their clients of these changes and they can't clarify if this is an ongoing thing or if they will go back to notify ... read more
