Absolutely amazing customer service and attention to detail. I returned today for a contact lens comfort check and a minor adjustment resulted in an amazing improvement in my acuity. All of the staff at Monashee are very genuine and it’s very obvious that they care about your sight and satisfaction. They listen very carefully to concerns and address them. Maria. You are amazing! A huge thank-you to the wonderful ladies at Monashee Optometry! I was camping nearby and realized I’d forgotten my contacts (panic mode!). They quickly came to the rescue with daily trials so I could enjoy the rest of my trip without a hitch. My family recently switched to Monashee optometry. Michelle at the front desk is amazing. She makes us smile and feel so comfortable and welcome. Maria is fantastic at getting us in and giving us the pre-check before we see Dr. Barry and I enjoy her energy.
