Monashee fixed up my car perfectly and in less time than I expected. When I picked it up, it was clean and shiny on the outside and even the inside which really impressed me! They also provided me with a nice, clean complimentary courtesy car while I waited for the repair. The lady at the front desk could be friendlier, but Justin and the fellow I spoke to on the phone initially were friendly and helpful, so I will definitely bring my car back there again if I need another repair, although I hope I won't need to!

Edited to reflect recent experience. The new woman they have at the front desk answering the phones is awful. She is terribly rude. I did complain to management and was told it was not the first complaint they have about her. The gentlemen at the front are super friendly and kind. The work is done quickly. Just that one person, the face of the company She should never be in a customer service position. Everyone was so kind, and friendly. They were quick, provided me with the courtesy car for work. Great experience.

Excellent customer care. Justin contacted me as soon as he received my new hybrid RAV4 which was hit by a truck while stopped. He worked with ICBC for the express approval process to get the work done and parts ordered. He coordinated with Vernon Toyota to ensure that the calibration components were working correctly. The RAV4 was returned to us completely clean inside and out. Did this all in 5 days.

Just got my baby back after having a snow plow back up into it!! They did such an awesome job! And they finished it 3 days quicker than what I was quoted! Five stars for sure!! They even cleaned inside for me as well!! Yahoo
