I have been taking max and Ralph, my dutch shepherds to Andrew for years. His diagnosis are always factual, independent and practical. Any issue that can be dealt with swiftly, is. He is great with them and has a keen eye on their demeanour. The whole team is personable, warm and professional.i love going there and fully trust them.
I recently dealt with Monash vet and unfortunately had to put down my dog of 13 years. I had been dealing with another catenary practice proper which was horrendous. They were professional, Caring and extremely thoughtful during this tough time in our lives. Special shoutout to Dr Ye Yao who showed empathy and was very precise in explaining our options and potential out comes for My dog Gohans surgery. Thanks again team! Cannot recommend you guys highly enough :)
