Super disorganised, unprofessional and hopeless. Used to see Dr Darren So until January after discovering he failed to inform me on crucial blood test results, that have led to further necessary medical investigations that was completely unavoidable. I understand not every GP will know everything, however IT IS UNACCEPTABLE to simply make something up instead of admit limited knowledge! After 30 min wait, still no clue when to see the Dr.
This service used to be really easy to access. However ive noticed that when I call in the morning im now waiting over 15 minutes (as opposed to the previous 2 minutes). Makes me think that the morning receptionists just dont answer the phone until 9am. Just this morning I called 3 separate times, waiting the full 5.5 minutes only for the call to hang up on me due to "unforeseen circumstances". Honestly the worst medical place I’ve ever been. Went in for a few appointments then a couple weeks later I get a phone call from the receptionist saying that Medicare had declined to pay for my ‘Chronic Illness Management Plan’. Mind you I had NEVER been told about this plan for an illness that wasn’t even chronic. Therefore they were trying to charge my Medicare for something without my knowledge.
