Her assistance with an urgent appointment with Dr Darren So is much appreciated given the urgency of the situation and she helped as much as she could. Dr Darren So was helpful and provided with what I needed. His calm and reassuring energy really eased my stress and anxiety.
I am extremely disappointed by the response we received from the Monash University Health Service at Clayton campus during what appeared to be a serious medical situation involving a student. A student experienced a seizure and was going in and out of consciousness late in the afternoon. Together with two Monash safety officers, I brought the student to the health centre seeking urgent assessment and support.
