I come from the US so the bar for quality medical care is a bit low, and the office admin here have managed to waltz right under that bar with ease. I have been badgering them for nearly a full month to get progression notes so I can continue working with my insurance on an incident that was nearly fatal. How hard is it to get me a few pages of notes? You know it's bad when I've had an easier and better overall experience in America.
I have good medical attention here, particularly from Dr Alec and Osama. They both have been excellent clinicians to me and my family.
I waited after check-in for a short appointment. The GP saw me for 5 minutes. No clear advice. No clear plan. After the visit I received 5 calls asking for $96. No explanation. No clear invoice. No registration issues raised during the visit. Points: • unclear billing • short consult • repeated calls • no explanation Why ask for payment without explaining the charge to the patient?
Been there a couple of times the worst thing is the wait time. I was supposed to have the first appointment of that day at 9:00 am. I arrived ten minutes early was not seen till after 9:30.
I've met very friendly receptionists, nurses, and doctors since my visit in 2023. The service has been excellent! By the time of our visit in 2025, the waiting room had been beautifully renovated, with much brighter lighting than before, adding to the comfort.
