Im writing about Dr Peter Karsas. Its rare to see doctors that actually understand you. I just wanted to thank him. And he’s also quite realistic and informative. I feel like in the medical field the care teams can get preoccupied with unrealistic recommendations and a care that’s not person-centered. But not Dr Peter. He’ll give recommendations based on your needs, at least in my experience. So yeah, plain and simple he’s just great.
Absolutely wonderful, from front desk to the doctors, everybody creates a warm and welcoming space in which you feel truly cared for! I can highly recommend Dr.Peter Karsas and Dr. Amber Hartley, both of them absolutely incredible dedicated to ACTUALLY help you and they never dismiss you for any concern! Both of them helped me to solve my problems and worries, thank you!
I’ve been coming to this clinic for two and a half years, and the staff have always been amazing, super friendly and helpful. Ebru, in particular, always greets me with a warm smile. Dr. Amber Hartley is a wonderful doctor, and every time I consult with her, I leave feeling calm and reassured. ☺️
I agree, this is the only health service provider where I truly feel comfortable. I especially like the Caulfield one because the wait times are shorter. The receptionists (Ebru and rest of team) are very lovely, always smiling and very supportive. Even on a rough day, their warmth instantly lifts your mood. The doctors and nurses are also extremely helpful. Dr. Rimma, Dr. Peter, and the rest of the team have all been fantastic. I would highly recommend this clinic.
