Monash Trees were absolutely fantastic. Very professional and left the place nice and neat. The team were super efficient and got a lot done in a short period of time. Andrew was very understanding when we had issues with our council permit and accommodated the changing timelines without any stress. I highly recommend Andrew and his team.

Chris called while I was busy with movers. I didn't have time to pick up and 15 minutes later he'd arrived at the property. I explained to him that right now wasn't a good time and he should organize an appointment before he turns up. Instead of arranging a time he jumped the fence from the neighbours property and cut the tree anyway. Poor form.
