Leading up to the day surgery, the staff has been great. On the day I was very well looked after, the place is clean. Dr Mark Lawrence and his team was very good to me. Thank you Marina De Silva
Melbourne Pathology section, the blood collector seems to not know what she doing. Took more than 30 min to prepare for blood test.
very stressful day surgery from staff putting in cannula in hand and popping out to arm on operating table collapsing spilling cold fluid all over my hand. Developed nasal irritation from nasal oxygen tube after nurse couldn’t fit to start with…… Nurses post surgery were wonderful however but would not have surgery here again.
During an incredibly stressful time for us, the staff were fantastic. In particular, there was a lady at the front desk named Karen (I think she was in charge). Karen was incredibly professional, helpful, supportive, knowledgeable, and put us immediately at ease. She was OUTSTANDING! Whatever you’re paying her, it’s not nearly enough. Thank you.
This place is awful terrible staff particularly a nurse named Joy no compassion just cold and Dr Lloyd very rude and just after my money.
