I. Have had several visits to this centre and been treated with kindness and consideration on every visit and would recommend it to anyone.
The service was GREAT - I was treated very well, and with respect. Please note: the address in Google maps is incorrect - the Monash Specialist Centre is at 212 Clayton Road, on the corner with Dixon Street, NOT at 240 Clayton Road.
I had my ultrasound on 04/03/25, and the staff member was very rude. We are paying for a service and should not be treated poorly. I think she is Filipina. How bad is this facility that they allow such behavior?
Really disappointed to leave my 10yo for surgery with unmasked staff. We are in a Covid wave in Melbourne. 10% of people who contracted Covid in hospitals in Melbourne last year died. I'm surprised they don't care.
