Very poorly mannered staff. As a patient and also work as a health care professional, I felt like I was not treated as a patient today. I rang the clinic prior to say i had RAT + test to see if im able to come in. Came in and then was about to walk to the reception, the reception lady quickly hold her hand up and gave the stop sign in her palm to prevent me from walking towards their desk. She quickly confirmed my name and asked me to go into an isolation room, closed the door without any explanation. I was sitting in the ro... read more
