Rude switchbboard staff member that just brushes you off when you ask a question and wont even have the courtesy to offer a greeting. at the end of call. Just ends the call this has happened on 19 March around 11.15am
I had my fourth chemotherapy treatment yesterday. Two to go. This experience has been positive and made much easier by the fantastic staff / nurses and support team. What a bunch of fantastic and professional people. Big shout out to Poppy that I met yesterday for the first time. Such a huge personality and extremely good at what she does.
