Settle in, this is a longer review. I went to Monash IVF clinic a few years ago and I've held onto this traumatic experience for long enough, is time to release it. I recently contacted Monash IVF after growing increasingly concerned with their recent track record and public backlash. After much consideration, I made the difficult decision to transfer my frozen eggs to another facility where I could feel more secure. I was shocked to learn that Monash IVF charges a $350 administration fee just to facilitate this transfer. What a joke! It is the most incompetent, lazy, bureaucratic office we have ever seen! The doctor was careless and showed very little interest in the whole process. There are certainly better options. Money for nothing!
We’ve had a disappointing experience at Monash Moorabbin. Unfortunately, my wife had to undergo several repeated procedures due to equipment issues — either it was leaking or frequently breaking down. We hope these problems are addressed soon so that future patients don’t have to go through the same difficulties.
This place is a joke. It has been let after let down with them based on their administrative practices. Think twice before coming here. They have caused so much heartache due to not being able to run tight practices and made some huge errors. The main error included bringing out paperwork from a previous cycle and asking me to sign it for the embryo transfer I was about to have.
