You pay tens of thousands of dollars only for these people to put you through to voicemail or take days even weeks to answer emails. All of this while timing is crucial. Our cycles do not wait for you to return voicemails and emails days later. Really disgusting way of operating and when you do finally get an answer it’s always either a non direct way of answering your question or they palm you off between other departments who then refer you back to them and it becomes a game of ping pong. We had an incredible experience with Monash IVF Clayton and Dr Virochana Kaul as our OB. After 3 IUI attempts and 2 IVF cycles, our final round gave us just one viable embryo, a less than 6% chance — and that single embryo is now our beautiful son. Truly priceless. Settle in, this is a longer review. I went to Monash IVF clinic a few years ago and I've held onto this traumatic experience for long enough, is time to release it. Several points I need to address from absolute least to apocalyptic worst: 1) The environment is ridiculously clinical looking (but definitely not STERILE - nor even clean for that matter), that leads me to - 2) So I get directed to a very white room with a white toilet at the side and a black leather single seater couch with a white rectangle of paper on the sea... read more

I recently contacted Monash IVF after growing increasingly concerned with their recent track record and public backlash. After much consideration, I made the difficult decision to transfer my frozen eggs to another facility where I could feel more secure. I was shocked to learn that Monash IVF charges a $350 administration fee just to facilitate this transfer. What a joke! It is the most incompetent, lazy, bureaucratic office we have ever seen! The doctor was careless and showed very little interest in the whole process. There are certainly better options. Money for nothing!
