The clinic had very poor organisation: from booking an appointment up until making payment for the final appointment. The whole mishap process was also very impersonal. The staff were all very friendly (except for one women in finance), but no one seemed to care until we made complaints. It was only then that we received numerous annoying phone calls to attempt to reassure us. Appalling. They asked for the medical details, including physical health conditions, of a **partner** of a sperm donor. You can't make this level of ridiculousness up. It's no wonder you made such a massive gaff that made international headlines when you have thoughtless procedures like this.
Horrible customer service
Very disappointed with my experience at Monash IVF Brisbane. The staff, particularly at the 55 Little Edward Street location, are poorly trained and lack the competence expected at a medical facility of this kind. Admin and reception often make mistakes — from incorrect records to communication breakdowns — and show very little care or understanding of patient needs.
