I had my first procedure here - a day admission for a procedure. I was totally blown away from the 5 star service I was given. I was the last patient on the list, and everything moved smoothly and efficiently. All of the staff from reception, pre-admissions nurses, all of the theatre staff, the recovery staff, and anyone I have forgotten. Kind, caring, knowledgeable, compassionate and patient centred. Review of Monash house Private Hospital – Aftercare Disappointing The surgery team at Monash Hospital was excellent, but the aftercare was shockingly poor. After waking from general anesthesia, weak and in pain, I asked Marvin (he/him) to wipe my tears. With an IV in one hand and a pulse monitor on the other, I was completely vulnerable. His response? Nurse working Saturday morning who greeted us before procedure - wow. She is in the right field of work. Warm, caring, made us laugh and feel positive about our future, took the time to talk us through every detail and showed genuine concern. Thank you for going above and beyond. Yesterday I had a Radio frequency procedure. Very kind staff everywhere. But there is people really outstanding in Kindness, care and love like IRISH, ELISABETH and NU. I am happy to come back.
