I was totally impressed with the excellent medical and surgical treatment I had… an amazing experience considering others have not so positive. The Nurses were above reproach .,,much like when I trained last century! When you walk into a hospital with chronic pain, how the staff approach you makes a difference. The level of excellent care from Reception to the very end was exceptionally professional and praiseworthy. Patient experience was fantastic. Keep up the good work. Special mention to Mrs D Anthony at reception, you do make a difference and Dr Guy Buchanan you are the best.
This is a beautifully clean and bright hospital with exceptional staff who take very good care of you quickly and efficiently.
