First experience there went really well. No wait was a bonus
While the services provided are normally great the receptionist at the imaging desk was extremely rude and soured my experience. I rang the bell as I was unsure if she knew I was behind her, she snapped around and said 'just wait' while shaking her head, then came a couple of minutes later with an attitude. Absolutely disgusting behaviour and I would never speak to a customer like that ever. My recommendation to you Patricia is to either get some manners or find a new job if that is the way you choose to provide a service.
